Attorney Profiles

Curtis leads the workers' compensation practice group where he represents injured workers in administrative hearings throughout the state of Ohio. Curtis also handles the intentional tort and VSSR claims of his clients in conjunction with their workers compensation claims where the injuries resulted from the employer's deliberate disregard for state and federal law.

In addition to his extensive practice involving injured workers, Curtis also represents clients who have sustained serious bodily injury as a result Of medical malpractice, automobile accidents, prescription errors, and dog bites.
