Jake focuses his time representing people who have suffered serious injury as a result of motor vehicle accidents, medical malpractice, dangerous products or ordinary negligence. He devotes all of his professional time to civil litigation, and has experience handling cases throughout Ohio with proven results. He strives to maintain a personal relationship with his clients, and helps his clients to navigate the litigation process by explaining the process and the law.

Prior to joining the Donahey Law Firm, Jake worked with several litigation firms that represented insurance companies, where he gained valuable insight into how insurance companies evaluate and handle claims. During law school, Jake served as a judicial extern to the Hon. Justice Evelyn Stratton Lundberg in the Supreme Court of Ohio. He also served on the Capital University Law Review as a member and an Associate Notes Editor. His comment, A Rogue Rule?: An Expose on the Unresolved Issues and Needless Litigation Created by Ohio's Affidavit of Merit Rule was published in the Capital University Law Review.
