I have known Mark professionally, as a colleague in the legal profession, for over 20 years.
During that time I have referred Mark several of my clients and friends for personal injury matters.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Mr. Defossez. As a teenager, I was involved in an automobile accident involving 4 cars, in which all were totaled. Mr. Defossez represented me regarding injuries I sustained in the accident. Throughout his representation, Mr. Defossez cared about my wellbeing. He gave me many insights on working with insurance companies and how personal injury cases work. I trusted him every step of the way. His communication was timely and transparent. He always had my best interests out front, and he treated me with respect. I was very impressed with the end result of my case, and I would like to thank him for all of the work he did for me.

(my mom and I) didn't have a case. I called and left a message at Donahey, and they promptly called me back to take the case. I worked with Dan Newman, who was absolutely phenomenal. He explained how everything would work. He explained what they were working on at that point in time and he truly cared about my case. I could email his Paralegal, Kim, at anytime with whatever minute question I had and she reassured me it was no trouble for her. When it came time for the settlement, Dan was able to get more than I even hoped, and I agreed to it right away. He then called me the next week to tell me he was able to get a little (A LOT) more. I know he worked very hard for my mom and me. I cannot sing his praises enough.
